Reviewing Rhinegeist’s "Dad" Beer I stumbled upon a real gem recently at The West End  in Quakertown, PA. If you haven't been, it's one of those local spots that always seems to have something interesting on tap. I had never heard of Rhinegeist Brewery  before, but the name of the beer— "Dad" —and the promise of a "Hoppy Holiday Ale" was enough to make me pull the trigger.
